Hi utm_kid,
I am a bit confused about how you can direct a pop3 mail message with a http message in it to the http/s proxy. Pop3 has a function to quarantine unscannable messages.

"please check also quarantine marked as a false and release still does it work ?"
I raised this under 7.4xx, but no-one could replicate the issue so it was dropped.
