If you can zip the file with password protect and try to mail to u r pop account ,to check same thing you can post same file on some of server and try to download it please see previous post to see how it can be done (i have acess to some site they have some files with passwd protect )

select Quarantine unscannable content from mail security>>pop3>>antivirus

as it passwd protected file anti virus should/will not able to scan it (?)
do u want more info ?

with http it gives -----Archive contains encrypted contents message/error in browser
