I bet that others, like I do, have a certain sense of "ownership" for the bugs we've found, and will want to hammer at solutions to them. In the last release, I got burned out after I spent several hours testing only to find that the Astaro team had so little respect for my time.

Another solution would be to change status from [CONFIRMED] to [FIXED] only when the fix is tagged for inclusion in the next release.
