An important Astaro concept is that inbound traffic redirected with a DNAT will skip a proxy; likewise, traffic handled by a proxy will not be subject to your manual Firewall and Static Routing rules. In any case, you should delete the incorrect SNAT rule.
If you have Mail Security, try: Basic Exchange setup with SMTP Proxy
If you don't have Mail Security, then post back and we'll fix your NAT rules. Do you have a masquerading rule?
Another suggestion: Setting up OWA and Outlook Anywhere
