If it was a $99/lifetime HOME USE license, then they would be in violation. There's nothing but honor stopping businesses from using the current home use licenses instead of ASG 110s as it is. Many, many satellite offices would never come close to touching the 1000 concurrent connection limit.

I, personally, find the IP address limitation far more burdensome than the concurrent connection limit.

I would certainly be willing to buy a $99 one-time license if it would get the concurrent IP addresses to 25 or 50. I'd probably be willing to go $99/year.

Maybe I'll get lucky and they'll do another beta tester license carrot.
