Are you downloading the beta or a production version?

The beta is known for its poor download performance because most of the time it only has one server and no mirror, where as the production versions have a number of mirrors.

Not to boast, but at any time there can be several hundred concurrent downloads on the go from our website-linked ftp.

Feel free to directly browse the following, which may give you better speeds depending on the current server load and your route to the host.

ftp.astaro.com
ftp2.astaro.com
ftp.astaro.de
ftp2.astaro.de

Hope this helps you out!
