[7.306] High memory usage by SNMPd and SMTPd

I've been noticing my memory and swap usage have had some large jumps in the last two months on our 7.306 box... so far it's not a problem but wondering if there's some memory leaks...

The top offenders are snmpd and smptd:

Note that we're not polling snmp, and are not using any proxies or anti-virus or anti-spam.

Uptime is 167 days.
Firewall is at a remote co-lo so I'm not too interested in upgrading to 7.4 right now.

Mail Manager shows all zeros.

Enabling and disabling the smtp proxy has not changed smtpd.bin's memory usage.

'SNMP queries' was disabled in management-SNMP.
enabling and disabling again has 'fixed' the memory used of snmpd, putting it down to 8MB Virt.

Hello BarryG, this is a very old and known problem of snmpd upstream (Mantis #7840) and hopefully will be addressed in our next major release that relies on a more recent version of SLES. Sorry for now.
