Unhappy Unable To Send Email Anymore

Hey guys, I'm still on Astaro 7.102 and its been working fine for like 1-2 years. No problems at all.

Two days ago, I got some malware and yesterday found out it was sending over 30,000 some spam emails. Luckily I dont think they were sent because I checked my quarantine and they were all in there, and the logs said they were blocked. So I think I'm good there.

My problem is, I can no longer send out emails from my email clients, nor can my wife. We both have comcast email address's and I checked the spamhaus RBL and SBL and our IP's are not listed. I contacted comcast and they said my IP was not on the blocklist.

So I've done all the preliminary steps to make me feel good that I'm not being blocked. If I send email from the comcast server via their website, email works fine. So now I'm wondering if its Astaro somewhere...

What could be my possible issues? My logs always show the email as delivered. Thank you!

Code:
2009:07:02-09:15:04 (none) cffd[1057]: id="101Q" severity="info" sys="SecureMail" sub="smtp" name="email scanned, clean" srcip="192.168.1.3" from="chugger@comcast.net" to="chugger@comcast.net" subject="apple" messageid="43504" size="1626" action="pass"
2009:07:02-09:15:06 (none) cffd[1057]: id="1004" severity="info" sys="SecureMail" sub="smtp" name="email delivered" srcip="192.168.1.3" from="chugger@comcast.net" dstip="127.0.0.1" to="chugger@comcast.net" subject="apple" messageid="43504" size="1683" encrypted="0"
Oh also, it seems we are getting emails fine from others, but we just cannot send. The reciepients never get them.

I think I figured it out. The comcast modem blocked port 25 so I had to switch my client to 465.

Does this mean astaro let those emails out? Im confused. THey are all in my quaratine..but if thats the case, then how did comcast know that my PC was being used as a rely and they blocked port 25 on me? hmmm
