Still no update !

manual prefetch gives;

240 user objects were found
21 users were created
219 users were updated

And i still see 219 users in my astaro users list !
What's wrong ?

It's been two weeks since you started this thread. In your place, I would insist that my reseller get Astaro involved.

You can enable 'automatic user creation' for vpn. This way new users which successfully authenticate against the Active Directory will be automatically created, and will be able to use vpn.

I'm seeing the same thing here. We created a user - "Phil" do a pre fetch and the user shows in the log but doesn't show in the Users list.

As a test, I asked out IS people to copy that user and create a test user. This user apeared in the prefetch log AND in the users list.

Deleted the original Phil user and recreated it - still doesn't show!!

If Robert L's solution works, you migth want to upgrade your support to platinum so you can get direct support from Astaro.

Exclamation solution found
OK, it works! I have found the solution and now my 240 users are in the list.

I think it was because my email address was found twice in the list.
The "admin" account was using my own address.
So certainly a certificate error was happening...

The admin email address is now different and users creation works fine.

I hope this will be corrected in the next update.
