Default Ataro 425 execurtive reprot problem
Dears
I have ASG425a SW 4.703
After upgrade to the latest version my executive report is alwas empty , and statics for email , web , etc always i got this MSG ( No data is available for this report )

ALSO when i try this command


psql -s
psql: FATAL: database "root" does not exist

Submit a support request to Astaro so they can recreate the reporting databases.

I hade a problem with executive report, some times work some times not, and the appliance performance was poor. The appliance is a 525F.
The solution to my problem was backup configuration, factory reset and restore configuration.
The report start to work and the appliance perfomance was increase.
Now if I have a problem, before call to support I do this, ans some times I solve the problem.

The factory reset deletes and recreates the PostgreSQL databases. If you have information you do't want to lose, you can achieve the same gains by having support recreate them ithout erasing everything else.
