Default Logging Problem
Dear All,

I encounter with a problem regarding to astaro logs.
I upgraded my ASG-525 to V7.403.
After it, I can not see any logs and counters about packet filter and IPS hits on dashboard and network security pages on web management.
Although, when I open live logs, i can see that astaro show any packet
that send and receive and block via my astaro rules which i defined.
what's the problem?

Do you have any idea about this problem?

Dear All,
I see an unreal evet, because of i can not see any logs regarding to users that log in to astaro in Last webadmin logins page.

Another user reported the same problem, but it was caused because the only IP had been listed in Reporting exceptions under 'Reporting >> Settings'.

If that's not the problem, then a search on 'threat status zero' will suggest several threads including:

Thank you for your reply.

I check any thing you said.everything was ok, but the problem didn't solved.
But, when i reboot the ASG-525, the problem has been solved.
