Default Windows Vista Astaro VPN Client Problem

I am using Astaro VPN client to connect my office network from the remote site.
For the first time, the VPN client works properly, I can connect to the office network. But after shutting down my laptop and turn it again and try to connect using Astaro VPN Client, it doesn't work, it seems to be shown as connected with green signal at status bar and shows the following error.

If I reinstall the Astaro VPN Client it again works until next restart. I can't reinstall VPN client everytime.

Do you guys have any idea what the problem is?

is the user an administrator on the computer? They need to be a member of the local administrator group or the network configuration operators group in order to create/delete routes.

Just set it to "run as" administrator. You can right click on the shortcut and click on "properties". Now, click on "advanced" and then check the box "Run As Administrator".

The software requires administrative rights to modify the routes. According to your log, you don't appear to have rights. Sometimes, even with admin rights on the login, you will still need to set up the program to Run As Administrator.

Thanks
Chris

Thanks for your help. I will try to run as an administrator and let you know if I still have the problem.
