Default Why won't a proxy or anonymous web surfer work on some sites?
I would like to know why proxies or anonymous web surfers will not work properly on video chat sites. Your able to login but the chat or video will not connect with the proxy. Is there a way a person can solve this to stay anonymous? I would appreciate suggestions.

Make sure you have the checkbox for "Bypass content scanning for streaming content" selected under Web Security > HTTP/S > Advanced tab.

Also, some sites just do not proxy well, you may need to add them to either the proxy exclusion list in the browser config or to the transparent proxy skiplist (depending on your configuration)
