Default gotomypc and OWA extremly slow

over the last 3 weeks we have seen that access to OWA and gotomypc has become extermely slow.

We have dsl and the speed has not changed. Seems like a ASL thing but I cant pinpoint it.

Does it speed up after a reboot? One thing I suspect is excessive logging...

Żou can not simply kill all logging. Have a look to your kernellogfile. Is it bigger than 10 MB (webadmin shows a compressed size. So 10 MB is a lot). If yes, make some packetfilterrules to drop broadcasts and other packets that have not to be logged.
Do you use accounting? Exclude some networks to.

Webadmin -> Reporting -> Hardware -> Processlist
gives you more information about running processes, CPU and RAM.

Another problem could be a slow DNS.
