Default problems with vpn

i have one tunnel between asl4 and smoothwall. The conection is ok but i donīt ping or telnet other side.

do i need configure something of nat, masquerading o routing to work fine ŋ??ŋ

Hi Qvicio,
at the ASL there will be an automatically genereted route for the tunnel.
But you should watch your packet filter rules.

Smootwall? I don't know.

i donīt change packet filter rules, forwarding o nat.

smoothwall is a copy of ipcop.

Hi Qvicio,

so create a Packet filter rule which will allow all your traffic through the tunnel.
You don't need any NAT for the VPN-traffic.

Remote-subnet?

Are these two different? Hey have to be different. Otherwise you can not route between the two subnets.
