Default QoS Rule Overlap Behavior

Since I signed up for Vonage, I've become very interested in the QoS features of Astaro, but I have some questions about its behavior. The QoS rules I have entered are below (in this order):

Source: Vonage_Box
Destination: ANY
Ports: ANY
Priority: High
Borrow: Borrow

Source: HTTP/FTP/SMTP_Server
Destination: ANY
Ports: ANY
Priority: Low
Borrow: Borrow

Source: Internal_Network
Destination: ANY
Ports: ANY
Priority: Medium
Borrow: Borrow

Since both Vonage_Box and HTTP/FTP/SMTP_Server are included in Internal_Network, I obviously have some overlap. My question is, how does Astaro resolve this overlap? I would assume that, since the specific host rules are above the network rules, the traffic from those two boxes would match there first, and get the corresponding priority. I haven't seen any documentation supporting that though, so I wanted to check and make sure.

I would also assume that, since I have my entire Internal_Network defined in a QoS rule, that I would have zero unshaped traffic. Can anyone confirm this for me?
