Default ASL 4.020 problem

I have defined a new service in my network definitions area...i want to add this service to QOS but it is not in the services list. Any ideas?

the online help states that port ranges cannot be used for QoS:

Since only the destination is used...
Could you create 8 new services and put them all in the QoS set-up? Sounds like a real PITA, but give it a go.
