Re: Using VLANs with ASL home edition
I finally got around to trying it, and you are correct.
It will allow me to activate one VLAN on the Ethernet card that I had been using for my DMZ network, but it would not allow me to turn on a second VLAN, which would then have become my fourth logical interface.
So, there is no getting arround the three interface limit on the ASL home license by using VLANs on one of the Ethernet cards.
Oh well, I wanted to put my WiFi access point on a seperate circuit from my DMZ, but I guess they'll just have to share for now.
