Default Site 2 Site VPN SSPI and Browse permissions Issues.

I have a IPSEC Site 2 Site VPN with

- ASG 120 to ASG 220 VPN
- 128 bit on both ends
- Auto Filter on both ends

On the ASG 220 I can browse the Windows 2003 network and connect to the SQL Server on the ASG 120 network.

On the ASG 120 I cannot browse devices or connect to SQL on the ASG 220 network, however I can ping by IP and domain and browse by IP and see shares in the 220 network.

There are DC's on both sides Same Domain, same forest. Simple setup.

On the 120 side I get SSPI errors with the SQL connections and permission denied errors with shares trying to connect to devices in the ASG 220 network.

No errors comes from the ASG 220 side into the ASG 120 network.

MS KB says it is firewall issue. (Pulling out my hair) It is wide open on both sides so I do not understand where the issue is and what logs to look at.

The issue is only from the ASG 120 side trying to access shared resources on the ASG 220 side.

Any advice is appreciated.

Please show pictures the Edit of IPsec Connection and Remote Gateway from both ASGs. What is the exact SSPI error and which Mcorsoft KB articles did you already find?

Cheers - Bob
