Default Remote Access Status does not show connected RADIUS authenticated PPTP-Clients
We switched from local authentication for PPTP-Clients to RADIUS. The client connections work, no problem.

However, no connected users are shown on the page "Remote Access Status" like they appeared before with local authentication. Only "No data is available for this report" is visible. The local user names are different ones than the RADIUS ones.

Only when renaming a local user to its RADIUS equivalent, the RADIUS authenticated PPTP-Client is shown in the list.

Did I overlooked something in the configuration settings? Automatic user creation for RADIUS/PPTP is not available in the selection list, only SSL-VPN.

ASG 7.403 (problem occured also in previous 7.4)

With the Astaro user account synchronisation from Active Directory I was now able to create the required function! All PPTP/VPN users are synchronized automatically based on one LDAP group.

(Users -> Authentication -> Active Directory -> Prefetch directory users)
