Back on Dec 22nd I submitted the following site to TrustedSourse for categorzation. usairways.com -> us airways cargo -> cargo tracking
It was completed the same day. Here is what the website says:

Yet when I try to go to the site it says its blocked as Uncategorized / Uncategorized not allowed.

Which it shouldnt be. How can I tell, what the current version of thier site filter is and what version my Astaro is using?
I am on Firmware version: 7.305

I just submitted another site for "re-catogorization" and the site was changed.

Yet I can not access it as Astaro keeps telling me that "Spam URLs not allowed"

WTF!

I am starting to think that I either purchased a POS, or the webfiltering by trusted source is a POS.

Either way, I paid for the WebFiltering subscription and have no way of knowing if it updating or not. Well I can assume its not as the info Astaro is using is not the same that TrustedSource publishing.

There has got to be a way to find out if my Astaro is getting its updates from TrustedSource or to make it update manually with TrustedSource.

Any assistance would be helpful.

BTW TrustedSource closed this issue on 1/2/2009 according to the email they sent me.
