Question Unable to add Block categories under Content Filter

Just installed V7.

Under Web Security/HTTP/S/Content Filter, I am unable to add additional Block categories.

Checking the box and selecting apply generates the following message:
Operation `eq': no method found, left argument in overloaded package JSON::NotString, right argument has no overloaded magic at /PerlApp/wfe/asg/modules/asg_http.pm line 2081.

Any ideas?

Thanks
