Hi there,

the Details-link in the Intrusion Protection Alert-mails to Snort :: Home Page is pointing to: "The page you are looking for isn’t here".

Example: http://www.snort.org/pub-bin/sigs.cgi?sid=13865

How can I get the information I'm looking for?

You're right that the world has changed since the creation of those messages. My suggestion is that Astaro get rid of the external links that they don't plan on maintaining, and that would include the ones on alert messages like these.

PS Astaro, this is another example of the importance of setting expectations. To grow a customer base, one must meet or exceed expectations as close to 100% of the time as possible. Failing to meet one must be balanced by exceeding a dozen others. This is why I keep harping about "finishing" whenever a gripe like the above pops up.
