Web Filtering - ARM Reports Not Matching Categories

When we received our Executive Summary today it showed one particular user trying to hit **** quite often. However, when I drilled down the sites he was hitting should not show up as **** and actually are not classified that way according to the TrustedSource website. I have included a screenshot that shows the report and the TrustedSource site and you can see that they don't match. Any thoughts as to what we can do? My HR people want to be able to rely on the Executive Summary but this is a case where it's not accurate. Thanks.
