You have to look at the HTTP Content Filter Logs to find out witch combination of Addresses lurks behind the whitelisted Site.
For Example: For "maps.google.com" to work you need "gstatic.google.com"
Maybe "mapmywalk" is not their primary Domain Name? Maybe some Images are linked to an IP Address? Who supplies the Mapping Framework (Yahoo, Goolge, Microsoft)?
For most Sites the Domain Name "whatever.com" is sufficient (without the "www"). For some itīs a hassle to find out where the content comes from.
EDIT:
I spotted two additional Domains for "mapmywalk.com" after a quick look into the Reporting / WebSecurity / TopDomains By User:
"mapmyfitness.com" and "mapmyrun.com"
