Thumbs up Known Issues ACC V1.9 and ASG 7.3

Hi,

this is an overview of all currently known-issues in each combination of the latest released ACC V1.9 BETA and ASG V7.3 BETA. We are sorry for all temporary inconveniences and will adjust the KIL until these matters are resolved.

ACC 1.900 in conjunction with ASG 7.301

  • Putting a user/group into both, the Allowed Admins and Allowed Users, will reduce the privilege level to user status
  • Link state of point-to-point interfaces will always be shown as down
  • Number of CPUs in Monitoring >> Resource might not be correctly displayed
  • The filter-bar has some display and usage issues with Internet Explorer 6
  • The Up2Date Cache currently logs into the fallback.log

ACC 1.880 (RC) in conjunction with ASG 7.301
  • Link state of point-to-point interfaces will be shown as down
  • Number of CPUs in Monitoring >> Resource might not be correctly displayed
  • Newly joined devices may "vanish" in monitoring views under rare circumstances
  • Recurring actions are currently set and executed according to GMT timezone

ACC 1.820 in conjunction with ASG 7.300 (final)
  • After reboot of a device not all monitoring/inventory data will be supplied to the ACC
  • When adding 250 or more devices at once, users might get logged out from the frontend

ACC 1.810 in conjunction with ASG 7.280
  • Restoring a backup from 1.800 will currently break the accd, do not use it
  • Addition or removal of network interfaces is not reflected instantly
  • Threat level is not reflected instantly when link or interface status changes
  • Timeout switching from the worldmap to another view under rare circumstances
  • Location info might not be initialized on first/initial device connect
  • Public IP information might be erroneous after first/initial device connect
  • The following actions are temporarily unavailable: GeoIP update, shutdown/reboot of cluster nodes

ACC 1.800 in conjunction with ASG 7.270
  • ACC will not report newly added NICs in resource monitoring
  • License expiration info is misleading

ACC 1.800 in conjunction with ASG 7.260

  • Network status and Link status are always shown as down
  • Service Monitoring does not show any information yet
  • HA/Cluster Monitoring does not show any information yet
  • Reboot/Shutdown of HA/Cluster nodes will not work yet
  • Shared-Secret auto-update will not yet work
  • SSO will only work as full administrator
  • Update of location information is lost on next reconnect of device
