Hi,
we hereby confirm an issue with the device-agent which can occur after rebooting the device/appliance. Some data areas will then be not initialized correctly and you will have some missing information in the frontend.
This will be fixed in ASG 7.301.
To easily workaround this issue you have the following options:
- go to the WebAdmin of the respective device and disable/enable the device-agent in Management >> Central Management
- go to the Gateway Manager in ACC and delete the device via Management >> Registration - only do this if you haven't made any customizations or changes you do not want too lose
