[1.810] Resource: Second CPU shows 100% but i only have one! [INVESTIGATING]

Hi,

like you see in the screenshot the second cpu shows 100%, but the machine has only a celeron with 1200 MHz. The average calculation shows the right value!

Hi,

this is kind of weird Could I ask you to send the following two files from the device in question to the acc-beta@astaro.com address:

/etc/sysmond.ph
/etc/agent/cache.dump

You will need to execute

/var/mdw/scripts/nextgen-agent dump

on the respective device to get a current cache.dump file.

1) Yes it shows the correct data!
2) now after restarting the device agent i have the correct data, just one cpu!?

maybe the restart fixed it? not a bug?

Hello,

the second dump looks way better than the first.

I am under the impression that after the Up2Date 7.280->7.290 the device-agent did not correctly initialize itself and is delivering only half the data needed. We are going to reproduce this here. If so, this issue and the other one you reported (license data), are symptoms of another, bigger issue.

We will further investigate it. Either it is a dupe and already correlated to the issue with incomplete device-agent initialization (then you will not get anymore points for this) or it is a frontend display error (for which we will award additional points).
