Default [1.820] Availability Information [SINGULARITY]

Hi,

in the device monitoring details under availability information the graphs for the nodes have no data. plaese the the attached picture!

Hi,

that indeed looks strange. At our clusters here we can't reproduce that problem Can you please send the following information to acc-beta@astaro.com

The file /etc/agent/cache.dump

before and after you run the command

/var/mdw/scripts/nextgen-agent dump

Then restart the deviceagent e.g. by switching it off and on in the WebAdmin.
Is the problem fixed after the device is connected again?

i logged in again and now the information is shown! maybe just a display issue? i will keep an eye on that!

I doubt this is a display issue but is probably related to the generic issue with the device-agent not reacting kindly to reboots. This causes some areas of data not be properly initialized.

Another possibility would be that the information for the nodes is not instantly available but need to be gathered and calculated over a period of 30-60 seconds after a reboot or takeover.
