I understand that... but if it's a problem now, and is by design, then they should make them mutually exclusive.

I am not aware that the behavior of the two check-boxes have suddenly been made mutually exclusive, although I fully agree that it is kind of confusing and that they should be exchanged with radio-buttons in any case.

Regarding the question where you can see the list of cached up2date packages. We have decided to remove this functionality as the Up2Date Cache is now included in the WebAdmin and V7 framework. Interest in this feature has been very limited.
