Default [1.820] Up2Date prefetch failed [NOTABUG]

Hello,
if I configure up2date on ASG 7.3 to get updates over my configured acc cachehost the up2date failed with the message:

Up2Date prefetch failed: All 12 Authentication Servers failed

--
System Uptime : 1 days 18 hours 13 minutes
System Load : 0.06
System Version : Astaro Security Gateway Software 7.300

Please refer to the manual for detailed instructions.

U2Date without acc cachehost works fine.
The up2date on the acc works without any error.

Hi,

On ASG please try if you can connect to ACC cache server port. Usually it's 8080 (ensure on Management->Up2Date->Cache tab on ACC web admin page).
Then on ASG try:
telnet a.b.c.d 8080
where a.b.c.d is ACC address.
If connection is ok you will see "Connected to".

Regards

On ACC execute: "netstat -ntl" and check if something is listening on port defined for up2date cache (by default it's 8080).

Please have checked only the second one (Use configured ACC server as Up2Date Cache) and then try to download up2date packages.

I would suggest making those checkboxes mutually exclusive (maybe use radio buttons), if they won't work together... or is there a scenario where they would?
