[1.820] Devices with dynamic IP have missing information [CHECKING]

Hi,

with devices which have a dynamic ip under inventory a lot of information is
missing. I guess it's the same issue with rebooting a device.

which device version? Official AxG V7.3?

Could really be the same issue as with rebooting and should then be fixed with the upcoming 7.301 ...

Yes, official 7.300.

Just installed 1.880 and now no appliance show's any information.

When is 7.301 coming?

The missing information should be constrained to the following data sections:

device.inventory
device.product
monitoring.license

This issue has been resolved in 7.301. As a workaround you can restart the nextgen-agent either via disabling/re-enabling it via WebAdmin or command-line:

/var/mdw/scripts/nextgen-agent restart

(this will void your support because 7.300 is no longer a Beta)
