Default 7.001 Cannot access remote page in user portal
I can log into the user portal but cannot click on the remote page. Nothing loads - tried with IE7 and Firefox 2.

Trying a reboot - any other suggestions?

Take a look in your IPS logs... I had numerous issues with the user portal until I saw that there's a problem with the rules associated with blocking P2P networks... try disabling the affected rules.

I could access it from externally... it is 01:40 I cannot be buggered to troubleshoot why i cannot get it from internal at present
