Default [V 7.100] Windows 2000 AD with SSO and End-User-Portal login doesn't work

Hello,

if I want to login to the End-User-Portal whith a user, which exists in the AD, I can't login.

I want to login, I get an error:

2007:12:06-10:57:22 (none) aua[19445]: id="3005" severity="warn" sys="System" sub="auth" name="Authentication failed" srcip="0.0.0.0" user="testuser" caller="portal" reason="DENIED"

An other ASG, which runs whith a 2003 Domain works and the user will be added automaticly to the ASG-Users.

Which configuration I have to do, that it works with 2000, too?

I have configured a user testuser at the ASG but nothing happens.

Users -> Users ->
testuser test <test@test.local>
Remotely authenticated [User data updated from backend automatically]

SSO whith IE 7 works:

2007:12:06-10:09:56 (none) httpproxy[4520]: id="0001" severity="info" sys="SecureWeb" sub="http" name="http access" action="pass" method="GET" srcip="192.168.0.95" user="testuser" statuscode="302" cached="0" profile="profile_1" filteraction="action_REF_ywuIxcNMZf" size="136" time="360 ms" request="0x83ece40" url="http://www.***.com/" error="" category="0830" categoryname="IT Security / IT Information"

Where could be the problem?

Regards
Markus

Default

Active Directory SSO works for HTTP Proxy only. Enduser Portal access is not supported.

What you can do is adding the auto-created user to the allowed users in the Enduser Portal configuration.

Kind Regards,
Daniel
