Default New Snort build--is it vulnerable?

Noticed that the beta (7.193) is running version 2.8.0.2 (build 75) of the Snort IPS engine... just saw this http://www.securityfocus.com/bid/29327/info today... it appear that this bug would affect this beta... is that true? Hopefully updating to Snort 2.8.1 isn't too difficult.

Default New Snort build--is NOT vulnerable

Our snort is not vulnerable to CVE-2008-1804.
We are not using the frag3 preprocessor.
