[7.300GA] http proxy not sending end download

Hi,
I have been having trouble with downloads over the last couple of days.

My Mandriva 64 server update continually downloaded the same files, so I downloaded over 4gb of updates for 170mb update list. I have been trying to down load a file to my Vista ultimate 32 PC, so far it has downloaded 3 times but never actually reached the PC. The PC was restarted a number of times. The network monitor on the PC shows the data stop but the download process sits there waiting. There isn't a download progress bar or % indicator.

If I remove the proxy from the equation the files download quickly and are the expected size.

I've just checked here, and downloads are working fine, the downloader page is displayed as well (with IE7/Vista and Firefox 3/Linux). Is there anything in the http logfile which may be related to your problem?
How does your HTTP Proxy looks like?
