My interpretation:
The default free license is 10 IPs. The offer is potentially an upgraded license to 50 IPs. Your feedback is monitored and you will be rewarded after the first general release with this license.

No that's not what I'm talking about. At exactly 6:14pm EST I received an email from ghansen@astaro.com inviting me to participate in the 7.5 beta - which is why I came here. The email states and I quote:

"Every participant that participates by posting will be rewarded with a Power-Home-Use License which increases the IP Limit from 10IPs to 50IPs."

So I'm simply asking if this is true or is it not true because it is in conflict with what is listed here.

Also, will any home key work to activate this thing or is there a special beta key or are we limited to 30 day trial?

Hi dspender,
you are correct in raising a question, because I found a number of different answers in e-mails and the release notes.

Licence upgrade. At the completion of testing and the production release of v7.5xx you might (most participants have in the past) receive an e-mail with your upgraded licence. It will be an upgrade to your currently registered licence based on e-mail address.

It is getting harder and harder to get bugs registered. I think I managed to get one bug registered during the last beta, but there is still alot of testing to be done and comments or additional information added to other people's bug reports.

you will have to do a clean install but you will be able to import your settings from 7.403. More details are here (scroll down nearly to the bottom - Download).
