[7.450][BUG][NOTABUG] WRONG PLACE ? Test configured NTP server needs to click to apply

In the Time and Date page seems the "Test Configured Servers" (for ntp) is not at the right place...

Indeed we need first to click on apply before being able to test the NTP server...

ATM the button is just under the list box, and as it is displayed we expect it we can use it before applying things... which is not the case... (ie if there no more ntp servers in the list or if you change it, you still have the response for the previous (applied) ntp servers... which can be confusing...)

So if you want to let this there... you probably need to add a js message asking to apply before testing... But some times this is usefull to test things before applying so I think let the button where it is and do a test with the entered ntp server (without having to apply before testing) and if correct we can apply...

I have to agree with the location. Its almost as if someone forgot and then added that button
The added functionality... I am sure the developers love writing more code.

we will not change it please open a feature request because this button has the same place like in version 7.4 ;-)
