Sure - gotta run for weekend now, but will open such a thread soon as a general "documentation update" posting for everyone. It seems I am not the only one that feels that part comes short from time to time..

The fundamental issue with the basic documentation is that of most docs written by developers - they already know how things work together. This is most easily addressed by having lots of examples like those now being added in the KnowledgeBase. The next step would be to link the help back to those articles, thus saving the admin from having to spend time searching using not quite the right terms.

Vels, thanks for your contributions - great insights and suggestions. I can see how the DHCP failover capability might be useful - I wonder if Astaro couldn't easily provide a way for its DHCP servers to be configured only to activate if no other server were available - that would solve other issues, too.

As for Network Discovery, I think that's just a configuration question - maybe someone can help with the trick I'm not remembering.
