Default mesh or star? --- VPN topology

Can ASL support star type VPN topology?

Is it possible that ASL communicates from a branch office to another branch office via headquarter's ASL? Since Office Edition is only permitted a maximum of 10 tunnels, many small branch offices cannot be connected in the shape of a mesh.

However, since Japan's low-cost FTTH connection is growing extremely high-speed, with star type topology, it will become a bottleneck by the headquarter's side.

Because of this reason, I want the system of additional PVN connection license.
