I _think_ if you have a new install, you can login on the console as root with no password.
This does NOT apply to SSH however.

Hello,

thanks for using our products.

If you do want to perform a direct console login, you cannot use the "admin" user - this one is reserved for administrative access via the WebAdmin GUI.

Changing the IP on the command-line is a bit tricky and generally not supported. You would have to login via "root" and then use system specific tools to change the IP address of your installation.

I would recommend you establish a routing to the installation instead or adjust your workstation/laptop IP temporarily to be able to connect to the installation. Then you can change the IP of your installation via the WebAdmin GUI.
  1. Navigate to https://192.168.150.6:4444
  2. Perform the basic setup
  3. Login via admin and the password you have chosen
  4. Open the menu Network >> Interface
  5. Change the IP to 192.168.100.7
  6. You will then loose connection again
  7. Change your workstation/laptop IP back to its original
  8. Navigate to https://192.168.100.7:4444
  9. You should be able to use ACC from the new address now
Regards,
Henning
