Default RAID missing in ACC

Hi,

- we have 6 ASG (running Version 7.402) with an 3ware 8006-2LP RAID Controller but none of this controllers is shown in the ACC 2.0 (RAID - Single HDD).

Is there a Point in ASL or ACC where i can try to verify why its shown wrong ?

Thanks for your answers

Hello,

thanks for your interest.

RAID monitoring support is and has been available only for Astaro appliances (ASG 525, ASG 625, AMG/AWG 4000). If you check your ASG installations the respective WebAdmin of the devices will also not present you any details about your RAID status.

Regards,
Henning

Sounds like a good feature request.

There's already a request for hardware monitoring; perhaps it should go there:
Better system reporting / HW Monitoring

Can SMART be used to monitor these RAIDs? I know it does support many.

Hi,

ACC can only report about stuff which is provided on the respective gateway devices - so the build&base and framework needs to be extended accordingly. You could probably ask your question within the Hardware/Installation section of this forum.

Cheers,
Henning
