Default Time based reports

Good morning,

I'm in a quandary. My boss is trying to validate our usage of EDI versus manual end user portal usage. He is in need of a report that shows a particular client / user / IP and all sites they've visited with duration of usage.
As of yet I cannot find a way of doing this.

Is there any such report in ARM? I see a very basic form in the Executive Report off our ASG but that shows total time, not broken down by site.

Thank you for any response.

Paul,

I am currently using a 90 day trial of ARM to see if it is worth purchasing, and this is exactly what I am after too.

Like you I can see that it does some limited time based reporting but not for a specific individual or against an internal site.

I am hoping that it does indeed have a way of reporting this.

If I find a solution I will be sure to post the solution.

Kind Regards,

t1c

Yeah, no solution yet and no replies from anyone. Even opened a ticket and they said look at the manual.
I'm a bit irritated that my company spent the money it did on a product that doesn't even have the base functionality of just about every other firewall reporting software out there.

Paul,

I am debating using a third party tool to analys the logs, something like proxyinspector or something similair. The information seems to be in the log files, its just getting a report on it!

I will let you know how I get on.
