Default reset password
Any easy way to reset ARM interface password?

I can get to the desktop of the ARM machine..... is it in the registry or anywhere I can blank it out, delete it?

Ok... if this is too complicated, is there a way to save the license information so that when i reinstall I don't have to enter it again? The last time it took several calls to support to get it licensed correctly.....I'm just trying to avoid that.

The licesning informatin is part of the backup. Create a non-encrypted backup on a USB memory stick. After you install, boot the Astaro box with the USB key inserted - voila, you're back to where you were.

BALfson, he's talking about ARM, not the ASG...

to the OP... if you contact Astaro Support, they do have a method that can be used to reset the password.
