Question ARM-Dashboard empty
Hi,
I'm new to ARM (using the trial in the moment). I'm monitoring a HA/Cluster of 2 ASG320-Appliances and in the Security Center of ARM I see everything as expected, but the Dashboard is always empty. It's not yet configured in detail, just using the defaults, but I think I should see some events in the Dashboard anyway. The manual doesn't help much, does anybody know what's misconfigured or has to be configured?

Hi,
Go the 'Devices' tab and look at the column title 'Policy'. If it says default next to your device IP try changing it to 'Collect All' which should fix this. This is done by clicking on the 'Policies' BUTTON on the Devices tab (not the Policies tab!). Just highlight the Collect All policy, edit it and add your device, and then save. You should soon start seeing data on the monitoring tab.
