Post does anyone use ARM?

Hi Fellas:

I have a new boss and he is all-over-me to get reporting working in Astaro.

So far I have setup ARM and it is receiving the syslogs but I'm not sure where to go from here.

Is there a quick 'n dirty sticky for getting up to speed on this thing or just the provided documentation?

What did you do to become an expert on this product?

Thanks!

Struggling thru this as well for the same reasons. I've resigned myself to just RTFM as the interface is not very intuitive.

Maybe after you RTFM you can give me the skinny!

Seems like there isn't much going on with this product - it either sucks, doesn't sell, or there is something better - maybe all three...

After having just installed ARM and trying to get some basic end-user data reports for HR, the reporting is very rough and tough to manipulate. It presents the data in real techie talk...but I need the reports to be easier to configure and in human for the non-techie HR people to review.

Well I got some reports out of the thing but I am having trouble seperating it out by department.

I tried specifying a filter by vLAN ID as each dept is vLAN'ed but it still gives me users from all over.
