Exclamation Installiation crash

Hello,

In installing ASC_V8.3 process my Windows XP Pro crashed with "blue screen". After reboot the same result. Does anybody meet with this situation? I load Windows only in "The last known good configuration", but with some troubles.

I've just done a few installations on XP Pro, all without incident. Check the usual suspects:

Anti-virus
Anti-spyware
Anything else which could be accessing the network while the installation is taking place (ASC adds a virtual NIC to the configuration; this may indeed be where the problem is occurring).
