Hello

I am following the guide on howto setup AVGv7 and AVCv9 and I have it it numerouse times and still I cannot get connected from my work to my home network. I am wondering howto fix this so I can get into my network.

I have removed my profile and started over. I still have not gotten connected.

Update,

I have started over and tried to do it step-by-step again. I log into the User-Portal to get the .ini file and then the cert for the IPsec user. I cannot download it. Says it is not setup yet.

Have you added the user to the connections area so they have rights to use the ASC client?

Right now I have given up on trying to get it setup. I am now just using SSL.
