Default Page refreshing not working?

I am having to manually refresh my browser to see new thread additions.

If I use the top navigation menus to go to a thread, only old content is displayed till I force a page refresh.

I am using Firefox 2.0.0.1 with no web proxy in use.

I logout to go and do something and comeback later only to find I am still logged in after pressing f5 to do a page/forum refresh.

tgry using FF 3.x as FF 2.0 is not longer supported and has other issues. Also if hte boards cache is set high(or FF's cache is set too high) or you ahve addons that are caching that will cause issues.
