Hello,

this bug has been fixed in ASG 7.290 (ASG V7.3 RC1). Is it possible you are using an older version?

Cheers,
Henning

Hmrpf

The dump is incomplete, hence the device-agent did not fully initialize all data. I guess you also have more missing information if you look at the details of this particular device.

Please try to restart the device-agent, wait 30 seconds, make another dump and send it to us.

Code:
/var/mdw/script/nextgen-agent restart
sleep 30
/var/mdw/script/nextgen-agent dump
Thanks and regards,
Henning

Hi,

we hereby confirm an issue with the device-agent which can occur after rebooting the device/appliance. Some data areas will then be not initialized correctly and you will have some missing information in the frontend.

This will be fixed in ASG 7.301.

To easily workaround this issue you have the following options:
  • go to the WebAdmin of the respective device and disable/enable the device-agent in Management >> Central Management
  • go to the Gateway Manager in ACC and delete the device via Management >> Registration - only do this if you haven't made any customizations or changes you do not want too lose
Kudos to you for helping us find this issue and for providing logfiles and dumps several times. Your assistance will be rewarded with four points.

Regards,
Henning
